Cookie Assembly Instructions: Step 1: Remove ingredients from the box. Open the cookies and pour the glittery sugar into separate bowls. Knead the icing bag for several minutes. Then using kitchen scissors carefully cut a small opening into the tip of the icing bag. Young designers may require adult supervision. We suggest decorating all cookies at the same time for best results. Step 2: With the cookie icing outline, then fill in the top half of the heart. Step 3: Sprinkle the blue glittery sugar all over the top half of the heart. Step 4: Next outline and fill in the middle stripe and far side stripes with the icing. Step 5: Sprinkle the red glittery sugar over the stripes. Step 6: Fill in the remaining stripe areas with icing. Step 7: Sprinkle the newly iced stripes with white glittery sugar. Step 8: With the cookie icing pipe a thin line across where the stripes meet the blue half of the heart. Center the white star then the red stars on each side. Tip: If the icing is dry, dab a small amount of icing to the back of the accessory and attach. Store in a cool, dry place.
