Serving - 6. Polenta - 1 1/2 cup. Water - 6 cups. Salt - 1 1/2 tsp. Butter - 3 Tbsp. Serving - 12. Polenta - 3 cups. Water - 12 cups. Salt - 1/2 tsp. Butter - 6 Tbsp. Instructions: Bring water to a boil. Add salt and gradually stir in polenta over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the polenta comes away from the walls of the pot. Stir in butter and let stand for 5 minutes.
