Keep frozen. Heating Instructions: For food safety, follow cooking instructions. Note: Cooking equipment may vary and cook time may require adjusting. Do not defrost. If any tortellini are frozen together, do not separate them. Bring 4 qts of water to a boil. Add 1/2 tbsp. of salt for every pound. Add frozen tortellini to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer, stir gently. Cook uncovered for approximately 3-5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 160°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
