Directions

Serving instructions: Dip four chicken cutlets (or veal cutlets) in flour. Brown cutlets on both sides in a skillet with a small amount of olive oil. Cover with Marsala sauce and heat until the cutlets are cooked through and the sauce is steaming hot. Serve immediately. Serves four. Refrigerate after opening.
