Rock Hop is a cold fermented lager with the bold hoppiness traditionally seen in a West Coast IPA. Azacca, Cashmere, El Dorado, and Idaho 7 hops give notes of fresh pine and orange zest with low bitterness on a soft malt backbone. Lace up your boots, stash a few cans, and get hiking - beer tastes best at elevation. Well Dang. Your beer is upside down. We started back in 2006 with three guys in bend, Oregon who shared one simple mindset; brew beer, drink beer, and have fun doing it. Since then our brewery has grown but we will always stay the same.
