Store in a dry & cool place. Cooking instructions: Note: Use 1 1/4 cups water for the first cup of whole wheat couscous, Add 1 additional cup of water for each additional cup of couscous. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the couscous to the pot, cover pot, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste. Number of servings ... Amount of uncooked toasted pasta ... Amount of boiling water. 3 ... 1 cup ... 1 1/4 cups. 6 ... 2 cups ... 2 1/4 cups. 9 ... 3 cups ... 3 3/4 cups. Serving suggestions: An ideal accompaniment for meats and chicken. Serve it as a vegetarian dish with cooked vegetables. Use it as a substitute for rice or potatoes. Create an exotic salad with shrimp, Roland® Capers, chopped tomatoes and dill. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
