Stir-Fry: For best results, use a lightly oiled wok or skillet heated to 350°F. Cook approximately 3 minutes or until vegetables reach desired tenderness. If desired, meat, seafood or chicken can be added. Avoid overcooking for best flavor and color. Season to taste. Microwave Cooking: Combine vegetables and 2 tablespoons water in microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 8 to 9 minutes; stir halfway through cooking time. Let stand for 5 minutes, drain, season as desired and serve. Keep frozen until ready to use. Not ready to eat. For food safety, cook thoroughly to 165°F (internal temperature). Because microwaves and stovetops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required. Refrigerate leftovers. Store at 0°F or lower.
