Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking directions: Microwave: 1) Place squash in microwaveable dish. 2) Cover & microwave on high 5 minutes. 3) Stir and microwave 1 more minute*. (Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time accordingly). Stovetop: 1) Place squash in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup water. 2) Bring water to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-low. 3) Stir every 1-2 minutes for 7-9 minutes*. *For food safety and best quality cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F.
