Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on an 11" x 17" baking sheet. Bake according to instructions below to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Full bag: 30-35 Minutes. Half bag: 18-22 Minutes. For food safety and quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots.
