Pour hot water (just under boiling) into a mixing bowl. 2. Add potatoes into the hot water carefully. 3. Stir for 15 seconds. 4. Allow potatoes to sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. When mixing entire carton - quickly add all potatoes to water at one time and stir immediately. Follow all other steps as noted above. Store in a cool, dry place.
