Keep refrigerated. Cooking directions: Skillet (whole): 1. Place sausage in skillet. Add 1" water and heat to boiling. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. 2. Remove cover and brown sausage for additional 5 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Skillet (pieces): 1. Cut sausage into 1/2" chunks. 2. Place sausage in skillet and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until browned and juices run clear, stirring frequently. Grill/broiler: 1. Preheat grill or broiler. 2. Place chunks or links on rack or broiler pan, 4 to 5 inches from heat. Grill/broil for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and center is no longer pink. With all methods, confirm 160 degrees F. internal temperature on meat thermometer. Use or freeze.
