Microwave Directions: Mix pudding mix, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 beaten egg yolks and 1/4 cup water in medium microwaveable bowl until blended. Stir in additional 2 cups water. Microwave on high 6 min. or until mixture comes to boil, stirring every 2 min. Serve warm or chilled. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time is approximate. Pudding Directions: 1/2 cup Sugar. 2 Egg yolks, beaten. 2-1/4 cups Water, divided. Mix pudding mix, sugar, egg yolks and 1/4 cup water in medium saucepan until blended. Stir in remaining water. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Serve warm or chilled. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Makes 6 (1/2-cup) servings. Refrigerate any leftovers.
