Soaks. Freeze. Use. Reuse. Hydrate: Soak in water until cells are plump. For faster results, use warm water and gently massage cells. Pat Dry: Thoroughly wipe dry with a paper towel or a dry cloth to avoid water freezing on the outside of the product. Freeze: Place hydrated ice wraps in freezer, porous side facing up, until frozen solid. Cut To Size: Use scissors to carefully cut between individual square cells. If any cells are punctured accidentally, simply cut around am discard those cells. Reuse: Reuse your Chillz Ice Wraps by refreezing over and over! If the cells shrink after multiple uses, submerge in water to rehydrate. Place in freezer. Storage: If/when cells dry out, simply rehydrate until full again and refreeze.
