Directions

Microwave or regular oven. Ovens may vary. Microwave oven. Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster oven. Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Keep Frozen.

Family owned since 1987. We spent several years searching everywhere, including Thailand, for someone to help create the perfect Thai meals for Amy’s customers, but with no success. And then, serendipitously, we found Olarn who asked him to prepare some Thai dishes for us, and he did. They were so delicious that we knew our customers would love them. This Thai Red Curry is Amy’s dad’s favorite. It has finely cut organic vegetables - sauteed onions broccoli, carrots, tofu, and delightfully sweet butternut squash - swimming in an authentically spiced (but not too hot), smooth coconut milk-based curry sauce. Fragrant jasmine rice completes this meal that has no dairy, no wheat and is absolutely delicious. So enjoy!
