Customize your bites: You will need: 2/3 cup peanut butter, or other nut butter (almond butter; sunflower seed butter; cashew butter). 3 tbsp honey, other sweetener (maple syrup; agave; cane syrup). 5 tbsp water or other liquid (applesauce; mashed banana; fruit juice). Makes 36 oat bites. 1. Combine mix, peanut butter, honey and water in medium bowl. Stir until combined. 2. Scoop dough and form into bite-size balls. 3. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until chilled and firm. Store in airtight container in freezer or refrigerator up to 1 week. You control the sweetness: For lower sugar bites, omil the honey (for other sweetener) and add an additional 3 tbsp water.
