Fold ribbon in half and push fold through doily, approximately 1 inch from the top, keeping tails of the ribbon in front to form bow, (Fig. B). 3. Secure the basket with glue near the ribbon. 4. Fill basket with silk flowers. (Fig. C). Makes a great hanging display or table top decoration!
