Finished in Caribbean rum barrels. 2024 summer release. Wheel Horse is crafted and matured at Green River Distilling in Owensboro, Kentucky. As the 10th oldest permitted distillery in the state, Green River has a rich history that dates back to the late 1800s. Our Rye is distilled in copper stills from a mash bill of 95% Rye and 5% malted barley. The whiskey is aged in 53-gallon new charred oak barrels. This limited edition release was finished in Caribbean Rum Barrels prior to being bottled at 101 proof, non-chill filtered. Aged four years. 50.5% ABV. 101 Distilled in Kentucky, U.S.A.
