All You Need: 2/3 cup water; 1 to 2 /12 lbs. steak, such as sirloin flank or skirt; 1 pkg. Lawry's Beef Marinade Spices & Seasonings Mix. Makes 2.3 cup marinade. Mix water and Spices & Seasonings Mix in small bowl. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade. Discard any excess marinade. Cook meat to desired doneness. Bonus Tip: Red Wine Marinade: Prepare marinade as directed decreasing water to 1/3 cup and adding 1/3 cup dry red wine.
