Preparation: Protect work area. Surfaces must be clean and free from grease. For improved adhesion, roughen very smooth surfaces. Adhesive application: Apply adhesive to one surface to be repaired. Position and press parts firmly together within 5 minutes of application. Leave bond undisturbed for at least 1 hour. Clean-up: Uncured: mineral spirits. Cured: carefully cut away using sharp-edged tool. Technical data: Open time: 5 minutes. Cure time: 24 hours. Cure times will increase with lower temperature, humidity and if bonding two non porous surfaces. Cured form: transparent, non-flammable, flexible solid. Shear strength: 758 psi (7 days beech to beech). Application temp: 41 degrees F - 104 degrees F (5 degrees C – 40 degrees C). Withstands: -58 degrees F – 248 degrees F (-50 degrees C – 120 degrees C). Not recommended for: metal-to-metal. Rubber. Hard to bond plastics such as PE, PP, PTFE, or applications with constant water immersion.

Warning! Contains trimethoxyvinylsilane and amines. May be harmful if directly inhaled or swallowed. Methanol is released during application and cure, which may cause dizziness, headache or nausea. Use only in well ventilated areas. Avoid eye and skin contact. Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause sensitization. Persons with previous allergic reactions to amines should avoid contact with product. Wash hands after using. Wear gloves when applying product.
First Aid: For eye contact flush with water for 15 minutes. Call a physician if irritation develops and persists. For skin contact, wash affected area with soap and water immediately. If affected by inhalation, remove to fresh air and get medical attention. If ingested, do not induce vomiting. Call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. Do not take internally. Keep out of reach of children.
