Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Open the package and remove the sage. meanwhile, create a pocket between the skin of the turkey and the breast portion. Insert the butter inside the pocket. Place the turkey in a roasting pan onto the center rack of the oven. Cook for 75-80 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer on the thickest part of the breast. Grill: Preheat grill on medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes. Open the package and remove the sage. meanwhile, create a pocket between the skin the turkey and the breast portion. Insert the butter inside the pocket. Turn the grill to low and place the turkey on the grill and cook for 85-95 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer on the thickest part of the breast.
