You Will Need: 5 tbsp softened butter; 1 tbsp vanilla; 2 tbsp cooking oil; 1 egg. (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; (2) Beat softened butter for 20 second; (3) Add Brooke’s vanilla, egg and oil; (4) At this time add 1 cup of your own goodies such as choc. Chips or nuts. Cookies - Roll into 1 inch ball and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Cookie Bars - Put into greased or lined 9x9 metal pan and flatten out evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
