How to Use Softdisc: Step 1: To insert, squeeze the opposite sides of the rim together. Step 2: Insert Softdisc completely into the vagina. Step 3: Softdisc molds itself to your unique internal shape, creating a personal fit. Removal: To remove Softdisc, simply hook your finger under the rim and slowly pull, then dispose. Cannot be felt white wearing. Can be worn during sex (Softdisc is not a contraceptive nor can it protect against sexually transmitted infections). Does not inhibit physical activity.
