Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven (for a 1200W microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on High for 2 min 45 sec - 3 min 15 sec or until hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove film before enjoying! Conventional Oven (Do not place this bowl in the oven): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish and place on center rack. Cook for 25 - 35 min. or until hot. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 min. before enjoying! Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful!
