Stir in 2 quarts cold water or 2 quarts ice and water, stirring until ice is melted. 3. Pour into molds or pans. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Yield: 17 cups. 34 (1/2-cup) servings. High Yield Recipe Preparation (Stretch your food cost dollars): Prepare according to basic directions, but add an additional 2 cups cold water. The finished product will be lighter in texture, flavor, and color. Yield: 19 cups. 38 (1/2-cup) servings. Storage Recommendations: Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
