Directions

Baking Instructions: Remove dough from freezer and thaw in refrigerator overnight or on countertop for about one hour, or until soft enough to scoop. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a tablespoon of dough onto a non-stick or parchment lined baking sheet, 2 inch apart, and bake 9-11 minutes, until slightly firm to the touch. For a classic peanut butter cookie, press down slightly with a fork in a criss-cross pattern before baking. Feel free to throw in some chocolate chips of chopped peanuts to take it to the next level! Every oven is different. You may need to adjust baking time or temperature slightly to achieve cookie perfection. Storage: Keep frozen. Once thawed, refrigerate for up to 5 days.
