Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Bake in Bag Instructions: 1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F. Ribs do not need to be thawed prior to cooking; cook time is the same for fresh or frozen. Do not use microwave. Place bag top side up on baking sheet that is the full length of the bag. 2. Important: Cut small 1/2 inches opening on the top center of the bag for venting. 3. Place baking sheet with rib bag on the center rack of the oven. 4. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. During cooking, bag will balloon. Add 5 minutes to total cooking time for each additional bag of ribs you cook. Cook until thickest part of rib reaches an internal temperature of 190 degrees F. 5. Carefully remove pan from oven and let ribs rest for 10 minutes. Open bag, serve and enjoy. Grill Instructions: 1. Preheat grill to high heat (approx 450 degrees F). 2. Remove ribs from package and place ribs on hot grill, bone side down. Grill for approximately 15 minutes to obtain grill marks; turn every few minutes and monitor closely for flare-ups. 3. Reduce grill to medium-high heat (approx. 350-400 degrees F). 4. Remove ribs from grill and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Place ribs back on grill over indirect heat. Keep grill lid closed and cook for approximately 120 minutes or until the thickest part of the rib reaches an internal temperature of 190 degrees F. 5. Remove ribs from grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Previously frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
