Coconut Curry: Heat 1 tbsp of oil (or butter) in a large pan over medium heat. Cut chicken into half inch cubes. Stir fry until cooked. Add jar of sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Vegetarian Options: Mixed vegetables, tofu, paneer, or chickpeas. Refrigerate after opening.
