Description

Est. 2004. Our original high gravity beer. A dense blend of base malts sets a solid foundation for massive additions of Cascade hops and a Chinook dry-hopping. The result is an intense flavor profile that's citrusy with heavy notes of pine. And immensely delicious. The beer you're holding is some of the freshest. best-tasting craft beer you'll ever raise to your lips. At least until you come see us and visit the source. The original brewpub in downtown Winston-Salem serves great food to go with our great beer: the tasting room opened in 2015 just outside of town, and offers tours of our main brewery along with 28 taps of seasonal and rotating selections.
