Marinating Instructions: Place food and marinade in a bowl or resealable plastic bag. Marinate under refridgeration as listed below. Flavor, moisten and tenderize. Use approximately 1/2 - 1 cup per pound of meat, poultry or sea food. Fish fillets, stir-fry, small cultlets - 1-2 hours. Chops, chicken pieces, steaks - 2-4 hours. Roasts, leg of lamb - 8 hours / overnight. Refrigerate after opening use within 90 days after opening.
