Prepare better as directed for pancake. Pour batter into preheated, greased waffle iron (coconut oil recommended). Cook waffles until steaming stops or until golden brown 5 g net carbs per 1/2, 7-inch waffle. You will need. 1/2 cup mix. 3 eggs. 1/3 cup water. Makes (7) 4-inch pancakes. Let batter stand 2 minutes. 3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle. 4. Cook 2-2 1/4 minutes per side. For light and fluffy pancakes. Flip only once,w hen tops bubble and bottoms are dark brown.
