To use cranberries now: rinse in cool water, drain. To freeze for later use: just place bag in freezer. Do not wash before freezing. When ready to use, rinse with cold water and drain. Do not thaw - prepare as you would with fresh fruit. Cranberries can be stored to 4 weeks in refrigerator and can be frozen up to 1 year.
