Directions

Soak noodles in 5 quarts of hot water (not boiling) for 8-10 minutes, stir occasionally to keep noodles from sticking. Drain. Add noodles to skillet, toss often. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Note: cooking instructions are intended to achieve a firm noodle texture.
