For Food Safety and Quality, Follow the Cooking Directions: Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-Top Directions: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Carefully add vegetables. 2. Cover; cook 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. Microwave Directions: Important: Do not microwave in bag. 1. Add vegetables to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Do not add oil. 2. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200; 6:00 to 6:30 (time on high). 1000; 7:00 to 8:00 (time on high). 700; 9:00 to 9:30 (time on high). Keep frozen.
