To Thaw in Refrigerator: Place bag (or desired amount of fruit) in bowl. Refrigerate quarter or half bag about 6 hours, full bag about 8 hours. Drain if desired. Store thawed fruit in refrigerator. Thaw in Microwave: Place desired amount of fruit in microwavable bowl. Cover; microwave on defrost according to chart, stirring halfway through. Microwaving full bag is not recommended. Drain if desired. Store thawed fruit in refrigerator. Do not microwave in bag. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust defrost time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200: 2 minutes on defrost for quarter bag; 4 minutes on defrost for half bag. 1000: 3 minutes on defrost for quarter bag; 5 minutes on defrost for half bag. 700: 5 minutes on defrost for quarter bag; 7 minutes on defrost for half bag. Keep frozen.
