Stovetop Directions: Heat 1/3 cup water to boiling in 3-quart saucepan. Add broccoli. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 10 to 14 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Microwave Directions: Important: Do not microwave in bag. Add broccoli and 2 tablespoons water to 2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain if necessary. Microwave wattage*: 1200 Microwave wattage; 7:30 to 8:30 Time on high. 1000 Microwave wattage; 8:30 to 9:30. Time on high. 700 Microwave wattage; 12:00 to 12:30 Time on high. *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen.
