Heat and serve. Fully cooked. Keep refrigerated. Use or freeze by date stamped. Once opened use within 7 days. Heat & serve: grill: 12-14 minutes over medium heat, turning frequently. Pan fry: slice sausage in half lengthwise or into 1/2 inch slices. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat 6-9 minutes, turning frequently. Boil: fill a pan of water with 2-3 inches of water, bring water to boil and add sausage. Simmer for 10-12 minutes. Heat to an internal temperature of 160degrees F.
