Keep refrigerated 33 - 40 degrees F (1 - 4 degrees C). After opening use with in 7 days. Cooking instructions: Skillet method: Pour desired amount of eggs into non-stick skillet over medium heat. To scramble, stir eggs gently. For filled omelet, top with filling, loosen edge of omelet and fold in half. Microwave method: Pour desired amount of eggs into a microwavable bowl. Cover. Cook on high (100%) power for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are set but slightly moist. (Due to variations in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary). To improve leavening in some baked goods (cakes, breads, muffins), use 1/3 cup Abbotsford Farms Cage Free® real egg product in place of each whole egg. For best results, keep refrigerated. Product can be frozen, if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For recipe purposes: 3 tbsp = approximately 1 large egg. 1/3 cup = approximately 2 large eggs. 3/4 cup = approximately 4 large eggs. When kept refrigerated at 33 degrees - 40 degrees F product has a shelf-life as indicated on the package.
