Directions

Freeze whole leaves in ice cube trays. Reserve for specialty cocktails or iced teas. Make spectacular, easy parfaits: layer chunks of pound cake with fresh whipped cream, berries and mint leaves. Wash before use. Pinch off leaves and chop as needed. Store unused herbs in original packaging and keep refrigerated.
