Prepare only one pouch at a time. Only microwave cooking is recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use. Directions developed using 1100 watt and 700 watt microwave ovens. Ovens vary; cooking time may need to be adjusted. Do not tear, pierce or cut pouch. Lay pouch flat in microwave with THIS side up. 1100 watt: Cook on high 5 mins. And 30 secs. 700 watt: Cook on high 8 mins. During cooking pouch will inflate as the steam builds. Let the pouch stand in microwave 1 minute to complete cooking. Using both hands, CAREFULLY hold top and bottom seal marked by the purple squares and remove pouch from microwave. Product and packaging will be hot. Avoid squeezing the pouch as this can force steam out of the steam release. Open the pouch carefully with scissors. Pour contents onto a plate, stir & enjoy!
