Directions

1. Defrost in the fridge overnight, or heat directly from frozen. 2. Remove lid and inner seal. 3. Heat in microwave, stirring halfway in between cooking time. If thawed, heat for 1 - 1-1/2 minutes. If frozen, heat for 3 - 3-1/2 minutes. Microwaves vary, adjust cooking times as needed. Or heat to a simmer in saucepan if preferred. Place lid back on. Sip & go!
