Remove the product from the packaging and place it in the oven. Heat up for to-12 min (for frozen product). 4-5 min (for refrigerated product). Microwave: Remove the product from the packaging. Place approximately half quantity of the product in the microwave (800W) for 4 min (for frozen product). 2 min (for refrigerated product). Cooking time and temperature. Keep frozen. If purchased refrigerated, use by: retailer: apply refrigerated use by date. Use by (for frozen product): see on packaging. Consume within 3 days of opening.
