Cooking Directions: 2 options. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Traditional Cooking Directions: Conventional oven. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 25-28 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip after 15 minutes. Faster Cooking Directions: Microwave + oven broiler. For more than 4 portions. Traditional cooking directions are recommended. 1. Microwave (1100 Watts) (Note: For lower wattage microwaves, microwave an additional 30 seconds) fish portions in a single layer on high 1 minute. 2. While microwaving, move oven rack to middle of oven. 3. Turn oven on broil setting (Hi or 550 degrees F). Preheat oven for only 1 minute. 4. Caution: Hot! Transfer fish portions onto metal baking pan and broil according to the char below. Broil Cook Times (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving): 2 Portions: 4 minutes; flip; 3-4 minutes. 4 Portions: 4 minutes; flip; 5 minutes. Keep frozen.
