Installation Instructions: TimberLok should be installed using an impact driver or high torque 1/2 inch variable speed drill (minimum 18V if cordless). Choose the proper length fastener so that the threads fully engage the main member (second piece). Bring the washer head flush to wood surface or countersink if desired.

102 mm. Replaces 3/8 inches lag screws. No predrilling! Free Hex Driver Bit code compliant. TimberLok is a heavy duty wood screw that is ieal for installing decks, fences, headers, kitchen cabinets and more. Guaranteed Corrosion Resistance: TimberLok is guaranteed not to rust or corrode for the life of the project. The coating on this fastener has been tested in wood treatment chemicals, such as ACQ, and found to provide equivalent protection ot ode-approved hot-dipped galvanized coatings. TimberLok is not recommend for use in saltwater applications (within 1,000 ft). Comparative Data: The statement Replaces 3/8 inches lags refers to the comparison of lateral (shear) design values for the TimberLok as shown in our evaluation report and lag screw values as published in the current National Design Specification for Wood Constructions (NDS).
