Directions

Refrigerate after opening for best quality. Indian summer apple juice sipper: 2/3 cup Indian summer apple juice, well chilled. 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt. Place Indian summer apple juice and yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until well mixed and smooth. Yield: 2 servings. Variations: Blend in one of the following flavor ideas for a change of pace. 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg. 1 medium banana. 1 cup frozen strawberries* and 1 medium banana. 2 cups frozen blueberries* and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1 cup frozen blueberries*, 1 cup frozen peach slices* and 1 tablespoon honey. *Partially thawed frozen fruit.
