Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Store at 20 - 25 degrees C (68 - 77 degrees F); excursions permitted to 15 - 30 degrees C (59 - 86 degrees F). [See USP controlled room temperature].
