Handling Instructions: Remove from the container before defrosting. Thaw under refrigeration at 38 degree F (3 degree C). Once thawed do not refreeze, consume within 24 hours. Keep at 0 degree F (-18 degree C) or below until ready to use. Frozen Date (C)/Lot number (L) / Use By (CP): See on the side of the package. For Best Taste: Grill: Spray grates with cooking spray. Place burgers on a gas grill over medium heat or on a charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from the coals. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until deep golden brown, turning once. Pan Fry: Oil a large non-stick skillet over high heat and cook burgers for 4 minutes per side or until browned on the outside. Keep frozen.
