Directions: Apply Rub to meat the night before cooking. (3-4 hrs minimum, 2 days is best) Shake, season on meat generously. Pat, do not rub season in. (rubbing causes season to be uneven). Cover meat loosely with plastic wrap or wax paper. This bottle should season 2-3 briskets, 4-5 racks of ribs or 5-6 whole chickens. Great for Beef, pork or chicken.
