Directions

Just Add 2 lb beef chuck roast. 2 - 3 cups beef broth or water. 2 TBSP oil. 1 cup red wine (optional). Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 275 degrees F generously season a 2 inches beef chuck roast with salt and pepper. Add 2 TBSP oil in a large oven safe pot over med-high heat and cook vegetables and beef chuck roast until browned. Remove and set aside. Add 1 cup of any red wine to the pot and scraped the bottom of the pot to loosen browned bits. Place the roast, vegetables and fresh herbs back in the pot. Add beef broth or water to cover the beet chuck roast about half way cook in oven, about 4 hours until tender. Transfer roast and vegetables to platter and enjoy! Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
