Directions: Take the appropriate dosage when you experience symptoms or 1/2 hour before activity that my result in nausea. For nausea due to car rides, commuting, TV, movies, gaming or similar activities: For adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 tablets; do not take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours. For children 6 to 12 years old: 1 tablet; not more than 2 tablets in 24 hours. To treat or prevent nausea due to morning sickness: Take 1 tablet; do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours. Store at room temperature.
