Directions
(1) Clean truck bed and tailgate using a stiff brush or pressure washer. Use a strong household detergent or wax and grease remover to thoroughly remove oils, chemicals, or other contaminates. Rinse clean and let dry. (2) Mask of all hardware, drain plugs, and areas of the truck bed and tailgate you not want Truck Bed Coating to bond to. Thoroughly sand truck bed with coarse sandpaper (180-220 grit) or equivalent for maximum adhesion. (3) Wipe down truck bed and tailgate again with wax and grease remover. (4) Shake can vigorously for one full minute after mixing ball moves freely. Shake can for 10 seconds after each minute of use. Use at temperatures between 60 degrees (16 degrees census) and 95 degrees (35 degrees census) when humidity is less than 60%. Do not apply coating in direct sunlight. (5) To spray, hold can parallel and 12-15 Inches from the surface and use in an even, sweeping motion. Apply 2-3 coats allowing 20 minutes between coats and 1 hour before applying Truck bed coating gallon or quart. Recoat at any time. After each use, invert can and spray until clear gas come out. If spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and wipe off orifice with lacquer thinner. Don not stick pins or wire into can opening. Discard empty can in trash pick-up. Do not burn, incinerate, or place in trash compactor.
